Jeremy Pang’s Hong Kong Kitchen
Jeremy is joined in Hong Kong by chef and friend Simon Rimmer - after a few drinks in the Hong Kong sunshine, they step into the kitchen to put their own spin on an indulgent prawn toast sandwich. Jeremy then takes Simon on a tour of the old town and makes a pit stop at the city's oldest noodle factory - after a few failed attempts at rolling the noodles, Jeremy steps back into his Hong Kong Kitchen to share his favourite noodle dish of sizzling oyster beef sauce noodles topped with an egg yolk. Away from the hustle and bustle, Jeremy takes Simon to the hills on a nostalgic family holiday activity, a morning cycle that is followed by a beachside barbecue where they barbecue vegetables, chicken wings and pork using Jeremy's secret sauce. Finally, Jeremy organises a fun surprise for Simon with a wing chun kung fu lesson while he cooks a celebratory feast of ginger and spring onion crab served with a side of marinated stuffed vegetables and tofu.
